Bologna, Chapel of the Palazzo Farnese Municipal (Piazza Maggiore, 6)
Il poeta spiega così la sua dedica: "Roger Horowitz, my beloved friend, died on 22 October 1986, after nineteen months of fighting the ravages of AIDS. He was fourty-four years old, and the happiest man I ever knew.”
Come spesso con il KOMOS, il concerto sarà anche l'occasione per ascoltare una giovane promessa dell'arte lirica, Flavio Ferri-Benedetti , the most interesting voices of countertenor of the day. (You can listen to "I hoped close to shore," fearsome air from Gluck's Demofoonte: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMnFG2H2G1A)
