Del comitato   dei Genitori
Dell’ ISTITUTO COMPRENSIVO PACINOTTI di S.Cesario s.p.


Premessa
Il comitato dei Genitori e’ un momento strutturato di partecipazione democratica che, nel rispetto delle competenze attribuite per legge agli altri Organi Collegiali, si occupa dei problemi riguardanti la Scuola ed il   rapporto tra Scuola e Famiglia, between the families of students and between schools and society ', helping to achieve the function to promote the civic, cultural and social.

Art.1 Constitution Committee
In reference to the principles of the DL 297/94 and Regulation of 'school autonomy (DPR 275/99 art. 3 paragraph 3) and' made The Committee of Parents of the Comprehensive Pacinotti of San Cesario sul Panaro (located in piazza A. Moro No. 35). The Committee and 'a democratic body and non-profit and' independent of any political movement and / or religious.

Art.2 Purpose '
The committee s goal is the promotion of parenting', understood both as improving the skills specific to the educational growth of children, as there is more 'active and responsible within the schools and local community context. In particular, the Committee:
  • promote the exchange of information between parents, communication between the class representatives, and relationships with other collective bodies (the College of Teachers, the School Council, Class Council) and the Leadership Institute, as well as' with the Public Sector relativamente alla materia scolastica
  • In sintonia con il Piano dell’Offerta Formativa dell’Istituto puo’ promuovere iniziative di informazione e formazione (incontri , corsi, conferenze, dibattiti ecc…) su temi relativi alla scuola ed alla famiglia e su problemi generali.
  • Analizza problemi di natura logistica relativi alla struttura scolastica (sicurezza, spazi, trasporti, mensa ecc…) segnalando problemi particolari e formualando eventuali proposte risolutive.
  • Collabora con il corpo Insegnanti nel rispetto delle loro competenze
  • Nell’ottica di un’idea di scuola come comunita’, promuove la partecipazione dei genitori alla vita della classe e della scuola, promuove la condivisione tra gli stessi dei problemi educativi ed il rafforzarsi di reti solidali
  • Reperisce fondi per finanziare specifiche attivita’ proposte o approvate dal Comitato stesso

Art. 3 Composizione

Il comitato e’ costituito , di diritto, da tutti i genitori, i rappresentanti di classe, di Istituto dell’Istituto comprensivo “Pacinotti”

Art.4 Organi

Sono organi del Comitato

a)       l’Assemblea del Comitato dei genitori: organo deputato a deliberare, e’ aperta a tutte le componenti della scuola, a tutti i genitori e a chiunque sia invitato dal CdG   a parteciparvi. Tranne che per le problematiche inerenti all’intero Istituto comprensivo verra’ indetta separatamente per i 3 Istituti che compongono il comprensivo “Pacinotti” (primarie “Tassoni”, primarie”Verdi”, secondarie di primo grado “Pacinotti”)
b)       I 3 presidenti: 1 per le scuole secondario di primo grado “Pacinotti”, 1 per le scuole primarie “Verdi” e 1 per le scuole primarie “Tassoni” rappresentano il Comitato dei genitori nei confronti delle famiglie, degli organismi Istituzionali della scuola e degli altri Enti presenti sul territorio. Indicono e presiedono l’Assemblea , richiedono le necessarie autorizzazioni alla Direzione Didattica, predispongono l’ordine del giorno;
c) The 3 Vice-Presidents / Secretaries (1 for each of the Plexus Institute) alongside the president in carrying out its functions, also record the proceedings of the meeting and update Committee:

Art.5 Convening Committee
Committee meetings are open to all parents of the parents of the Comprehensive (usually divided by institutions, except as is requested the convening of the entire Comprehensive School).
The President assisted by Vice-President shall convene the Committee of Parents and by posting written notice to all parents with a notice of at least 5 days and with a definite agenda.

Art.6 Validity 'Assemblies
The sitting of the Committee considers valida qualunque si il numero dei presenti,purche’ siano state rispettate le norme di convocazione all’art.5.
Le delibere del Comitato sono approvate con voto favorevole alla maggioranza relativa dei presenti; in caso di parita’ prevale il voto del Presidente.

Art.7 Durata e rinnovo degli organi
I componenti   e gli organi del cdg rimangono in carica per la durata di un anno scolastico. La dimissione di una componente deve essere notificata per iscritto o verbalmente al Presidente, qualora coinvolga il Vicepresidente o un Cassiere, il Presidente provvedera’ alla sostituzione in proprio o nominando un sostituto tra i componenti of the CDG.

It 's a pleasant return to what the protagonist Marco Nereo Rotelli Florian. After his participation a UNICA nel 1995 con un'installazione di vetro e alluminio nella Sala del Senato, ecco oggi il suo omaggio all'amica Nanda Pivano, grande scrittrice e giornalista ma soprattutto colei che fece conoscere in Italia la beat generation di Ginsberg, Kerouac, Corso e Ferlinghetti.

Marco Nereo Rotelli, che da anni conduce una sua personale ricerca sulla luce e sulla dimensione poetica, ricorderà Nanda nella sala delle Stagioni del Caffè Florian con un'installazione di luce realizzata per il "Living Theatre" di New York e con un anello-scultura di vetro.

In occasione dell'inaugurazione, Friday, February 18 at 18 in the hall of seasons, the actress will be Sabrina Colle, who was invited by Marco Nereo Rotelli, read some pages from "Diaries" by Fernanda Pivano published by Bompiani.

Florian Fernanda Pivano hosted in July 2005 for the "Night of the Poets in the 51st Biennial of Art. after working long (4 editions) of the generation that started in the 90 proposed for 2011 a raid on several levels focusing on the generational phenomenon increasingly evident among the areas of contamination. Perché ripensare il nuoto e reinventare l’acqua?
Durante la mia esperienza trentennale in acqua, sia come nuotatore sia nell’insegnamento del nuoto e, in questi ultimi anni come Counselor, ho osservato che sono molte le persone adulte che si iscrivono ad un corso di nuoto, e molte di queste lo fanno perché sono state inviate dal medico per migliorare un problema legato alla salute come, per esempio: un problema alla schiena o articolare.
Imparare a nuotare a 40, 50 o 70 anni non è così scontato, soprattutto se la persona che lo fa si sente “obbligata” dall’invio del proprio medico.

Tuttavia iniziare a nuotare in età matura o avanzata può far insorgere dei disagi, basti a pensare alla diversità della respirazione.

           L'arte come ricerca s'addice all'opera di Giosuè Marongiu i cui confini sono piuttosto versatili e mobili. Al centro delle sue elaborazioni espressive, tra design e poetry, music and visual arts, unfolds the thought of space and time, to decompose and compose them. ART AS A RESEARCH BY GIOSUE' MARONGIU
Defining Giosuè Marongiu's work-art as "art as a research" is the best way considering its versatile and unsteady limits. The idea of space and time, of their associations and disgregations, unfolds and expresses itself in the middle of his expressive elaborations between poetry and design, music and visual arts. After the turning point in the 80s from traditional techniques of the plastic art, the choices of image have tended to and have been concretized to the way of stereometria and of computer art. Since then, in Marongiu's works, virtual reality, with its meta-rational fictions of space and time, stands above the extreme abstraction, the ordinary perception of things or, as in his recent works, the virtual reality plunges itself into  a daily story or  a social enquiry.
