Buon Natale da Sydney

Sono di nuovo a Sydney. L'ultima volta che sono stato qui il Komos era ancora soltanto nella mia immaginazione. Giravo per le biblioteche raccogliendo musica per coro maschile, passeggiavo per il Botanic Park provando a immaginare come sarebbero stati i coristi... Ieri sera ho ritrovato i miei ispiratori, il Sydney Gay & Lesbian Choir, che ha cantato durante una messa della Metropolitan Community Church alla Town Hall, una celebrazione abbastanza inconsueta con tanti speaker diversi religiosi e no. La presenza più energetica e ispiratrice è stata sicuramente quella di Mrs Shelley Argent, National Spokesperson for Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays, la Flavia Madaschi autraliana, che ha ricordato all'assemblea quanto sia meglio essere criticati per ciò che siamo e per aver fatto ciò in cui crediamo che essere apprezzati per quello che non siamo. Poi tante carole natalizie, intonate da tutti, coro ed assemblea. Un'atmosfera bellissima apprezzata anche da un ateo praticante quale io sono.

Oggi, dopo due anni dalla nascita, il Komos è cresciuto sano e forte, avendo superato brillantemente la pertosse, il morbillo, la quinta malattia e una serie di minacce interne ed esterne, più o meno prevedibili. Non solo non ha deluso i miei sogni, ma li ha sorpassati di gran lunga. Ogni tanto non mi capacito che qualcosa di così bello sia veramente stato creato da me.

While the World Health Organization defines counseling as "a specific time-limited process that, through dialogue, the ' unconditional acceptance, listening and understanding, puts people in a position to handle problems and respond to distress and psychosocial needs in the best way possible according to their resources and potentialities. "
Counseling therefore, is for all people who feel the need to increase self-awareness, enhance their resources, with the aim of creating and optimizing the ideal conditions for their own welfare. In the course of life happens to everyone through a particularly difficult period, many times the problems are known, but there are situations where we feel uncomfortable, unmotivated and there is clear why. Everything seems dark, black, it's hard to go to work, at school, be with your family, take important decisions, it also becomes difficult to have fun with friends, carve out its own space. When we troviamo in un periodo simile, non è sempre possibile trovare dentro di noi le risorse per affrontarlo, mentre le persone che ci stanno vicino non sanno ascoltarci integralmente. Per ciò che riguarda l’autorizzazione dell’uso della friggitrice si rende noto che  il collaudo è già stato fatto il 8/12 e sarà pronta nel primo pomeriggio. Se verrà utilizzato strutto per la cottura si renderà noto tramite affissione alla cassa .Per l’acquisto delle patatine(8 buste da 2,5 Kg),del ketchup, della maionese e delle forchettine  Rossella le porterà nel primo pomeriggio; i contenitori per la vendita delle patatine sono già disponibili grazie a Simona.

Relativamente al progetto “ Educare il benessere in classe” se ne parlerà a febbraio per marzo con le classi II

€ 230.00 of these laboratories will be used to settle started in the first quarter and € 44.00 are delivered to school as proceeds from the sale of sweatshirts and T-shirts provided by the teachers.

I think the result is really good and I think it is right to thank all those who contributed in various ways:
volunteers who took care of the baking chips and distribution, purchasing material both for the food stand for the market, that have produced and sold the products of the marketplace and that's why they do meet up several times during the weeks prior to making available materials and skills very different (creating a nice group
work !!!), and also all those parents who contributed by purchasing products and chips.
