Molto spesso afferriamo quello che accade nella nostra mente – tutto quello che proviamo, dalla anger to pleasure in us and that our relations, we take everything for who or what we are. "I am deeply angry" or "I am the slave of desire," and we believe deeply.
Actually experience the true nature of mind has nothing to do with those who believe be or how think that our personality - the fact of having a strong or weak personality, being more or less intelligent has nothing to do. And even the fact of being or not being able to express these things does not matter. It is about our ability to look honestly within ourselves, what is there to support and develop the courage to keep going deeper and deeper.
This does not mean that we should retreat into a cave or in a kuti years until we find the true nature of our mind. This desire, from time to time, maybe we all, but in reality we must continue to deal with what life presents to us. In life we \u200b\u200bmay be involved in different situations, but they are all part of our karmic particular condition and everything that we're involved gives us great opportunities for learning. We are not involved in what we are here for no reason; difficult situations we encounter are those that can teach us more.
But as before, I ask again: are we willing to face all this? When I look at myself and my practice I often find that there is a willingness to deal with what comes up in the moment. There is always a conscientious selection in place elsewhere and the idea that we can have something better, our whole approach is totally pervaded by the 'grass near syndrome'. This is only dissatisfaction, lack of capacity to be fully with, to open to the sorrow, the pain, dukkha, right here, right now.
I think the way to practice I have described to contain almost all forms of technology or practice that the Buddha taught, return tutto in questa pratica della consapevolezza di dukkha e nell’affrontarlo.
