keep silent and be content to remain silent. If you are really satisfied, you do not need to say anything. Is it not true that most of the internal conversations take the form of the complaint, the attempt to change things, or desire to do something else? Or that they lead to escape into the world of thoughts and ideas? Thinking indicates a lack of contentment: if you're really happy, you are still and quiet. See if you can deepen your satisfaction, because it is the antidote to restlessness.
